Cancellation Policy

Your bookings at CarsToGo360 are subject to the following cancellation policy:
Free Cancellation:
If you cancel your booking more than 48 hours before the scheduled pick-up time, you are eligible for a full refund.
Late Cancellation:
If you cancel your booking within 48 hours of the scheduled pick-up time, a cancellation fee equivalent to one day’s rental will be charged.
No Show:
If you fail to show up at the scheduled pick-up time without notifying us, a no-show fee equivalent to two days’ rental will be charged.
Early Return:
If you return the rental car earlier than the scheduled return date, no refund will be issued for the unused days.
Processing of Refunds:
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original mode of payment within 7-10 business days from the date of cancellation.
Modifications:
You can modify your booking without any charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled pick-up time. However, any change in the booking might affect the rental price.
Special Events and Peak Season Bookings:
For bookings during special events and peak season, you must cancel at least 7 days before the scheduled pick-up time to receive a full refund. If you cancel less than 7 days before, a cancellation fee equivalent to three days’ rental will be charged.
